Completed promotional windows count once per Character or Agent, including shared lineups on parallel banners. The first counted appearance is the debut; later appearances are reruns. Standard pools are excluded. Official Exclusive Rescreenings count for each listed Agent and retain their selectable label.
- Wait:
Whole days since the last recorded end, using the latest regional server time (North America, UTC-5). A verified current window displays RUNNING. Unknown update starts remain literal.
- Coverage:
Official publisher records run through Version 3.2 Phase I. Lucia’s Version 2.8 Phase I record has an unverified end: it cannot enter the completed-window count or establish a wait.
