Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This policy applies to AstraVoy's public website. It describes the limited information involved in delivering the service, the preferences stored in a visitor's browser, and the choices available to visitors.

2. Information AstraVoy may process

AstraVoy does not currently provide a public account, sign-up, or site-hosted contact form. If you choose to share feedback through a linked third-party service, the information is provided through that service rather than an AstraVoy form.

The infrastructure serving the website necessarily receives ordinary technical request information. This may include an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, referrer, and technical error or security signals. Such information may appear in operational or security logs.

AstraVoy publishes aggregate game analytics. The public website does not ask visitors to connect a HoYoLAB account or submit a game UID, and source player identifiers are not displayed as part of those public aggregates.

3. How information is used

Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:

• deliver and operate the website;
• maintain reliability, diagnose errors, and protect the service;
• remember preferences on the visitor's device; and
• improve the service using aggregate or operational evidence where available.

4. Cookies and local storage

AstraVoy's public frontend does not currently set cookies for ordinary browsing and does not use advertising cookies. A restricted administration area may use authentication mechanisms for authorized editors; it is not a public account system.

The site uses local storage in your browser to remember interface preferences, such as your theme, navigation layout, selected banner region, whether you have seen major update notifications, and a Tier List Maker display preference. This information stays in your browser unless you clear it. Blocking or clearing local storage may reset these preferences but does not prevent ordinary access to the site.

5. Third-party services and infrastructure

Providers used to host, deliver, store, or protect the website may process ordinary request information on AstraVoy's behalf. AstraVoy does not currently include a third-party visitor analytics or advertising tracker in the public application.

Some pages credit or link to external data and media sources. These links do not mean that the external service receives your browsing activity from an embedded player or widget; a request to that service occurs when you choose to follow its link.

6. External links

AstraVoy links to third-party websites and communities, including Discord, X, YouTube, HoYoverse services, GitHub, and credited source materials. Once you leave AstraVoy, the third party's terms and privacy practices apply. AstraVoy does not control those services.

7. Data retention

Operational and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Retention may vary by the type of record and the provider involved. Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear them or your browser removes them.

8. Security

AstraVoy uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information and limit access to operational systems. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the circumstances, including under the GDPR in the European Union, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Because the public site has no visitor account system, AstraVoy may need enough context to identify any record connected to a request. Some rights may be limited by applicable law or by the absence of information that can identify the requester.

10. Children's privacy

AstraVoy is a general-audience game information service and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an AstraVoy-controlled channel, please contact AstraVoy so the concern can be reviewed.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when AstraVoy's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. Material revisions will be reflected on this page, and the date at the top will show the policy's latest revision month.
