Overview

Silver Wolf is a premier universal Nihility amplifier who combines huge DEF reduction, reliable Weakness Implant, RES reduction, and strong AoE debuffing. Her Novaflare upgrade fixes most of her old consistency issues and makes her effective far beyond single-target fights.

Role

Debuffer / Weakness Enabler / Sub-DPS

Playstyle

Place the intended Weakness type in the first team slot, then use Skill on the priority enemy. Maintain Bugs with attacks and cycle Ultimate for AoE DEF reduction; the implant can transfer when its target is defeated.

Why It Works

Silver Wolf can apply up to 57% DEF reduction by herself through Ultimate + DEF Bug, while her Skill adds both Weakness-specific RES reduction and All-Type RES reduction. Her debuffs now apply far more reliably and work much better across multiple targets.

Watch For

Skill prioritizes the first character's type, but the implant and debuffs still use base-chance checks. A defeated enemy can pass its implanted Weakness to a surviving unimplanted target; fresh enemies may still need new DEF reduction.

Playstyle

Combat Flow

Set the intended type in the first team slot → Skill priority enemy → Ultimate/AoE DEF reduction → carry burst → Basic ATKs/Bugs → refresh debuffs as needed.

Key Notes

  • Aim for 50–67% Effect Hit Rate and around 160+ SPD. Use EHR or CRIT Rate Body, SPD Boots, Quantum/ATK Sphere, ERR Rope.

  • Ultimate applies 45% AoE DEF reduction.

  • The implanted type gains 20% RES reduction only when the enemy did not already have that Weakness. Skill also has a separate All-Type RES reduction.

Build & Investment

Light Cones

Primary

Incessant Rain

Signature utility and damage option with Effect Hit Rate and an extra vulnerability debuff.

Relics

Primary

Genius of Brilliant Stars

For personal Quantum damage: grants DEF ignore, with an additional bonus against Quantum-weak targets. It does not increase the strength of her team debuffs.

Planars

Alternative

Sprightly Vonwacq

Rotation utility for early action and faster Ultimate access.

  5. ATK%

Meet the debuff application needed for the enemies you face, then act before the carry. Her EHR-to-ATK trace caps at 50% EHR; the guide's 50–67% range is a practical target, not a guarantee against every resistance. CRIT stats are optional personal damage after support needs.

Eidolon Investment

E0 provides the enhanced Weakness implant and AoE DEF reduction. E1 helps Energy and E2 adds team vulnerability; choose them for those specific gains rather than to unlock the basic support role.

Incessant Rain provides EHR and a one-turn damage-taken debuff on a random eligible hit target. Its CRIT Rate benefit requires three debuffs. Tutorial already supports Energy and EHR, so the signature is an optional amplification and personal-damage upgrade.

E1

After Ultimate, recovers 7 Energy per debuff on the attacked target, up to five triggers per Ultimate.

E2

Enemies entering combat take 20% increased damage; allied attacks also have a 100% base chance to apply a random Bug.

Teams

Acheron debuff core

Pela adds another Nihility debuffer while Aventurine sustains and can contribute a debuff.
