Overview

Jiaoqiu supports Ultimate-focused teams with Ashen Roast vulnerability and an Ultimate Zone that can apply Ashen Roast when enemies act. This supplies Acheron with repeated debuff opportunities, subject to application chance and the Zone's trigger limit.

Playstyle

Stack Ashen Roast quickly, activate his Ultimate Zone, then mostly Basic ATK while maintaining it. Enemy actions inside the Zone have a 60% base chance to apply Ashen Roast, limited to once per enemy turn and six triggers per Ultimate.

Why It Works

At 5 Ashen Roast stacks, enemies take 35% increased DMG. His Ultimate adds another 15% Ultimate DMG Vulnerability, giving Ultimate-focused carries up to 50% total Vulnerability.

Watch For

Keep the Ultimate Zone active and watch its six-trigger limit. New enemies receive Ashen Roast through Seared Scent; the Zone's enemy-action applications are especially useful for Acheron's Slashed Dream generation.

Combat Flow

Skill → stack Ashen Roast → Ultimate Zone → enemies act/apply debuffs → Basic ATKs → refresh Ultimate → repeat.

Key Notes

Aim for 140% Effect Hit Rate, then build enough SPD to act before your DPS so 134+ is comfortable, 160+ is excellent. Use EHR Body, SPD Boots, Fire/HP/DEF Sphere, ERR Rope.
Ultimate adds 15% Ultimate DMG Vulnerability.
140% EHR maximizes his A4's 240% ATK bonus.

Secure Ashen Roast application before increasing action frequency, then add ATK for personal DoT damage. Hearth Kindle reaches its ATK-conversion cap at 140% Effect Hit Rate; that is not a universal guarantee against every enemy resistance.

Eidolon Investment

E0 already supplies Ashen Roast and the Ultimate Zone. Further investment can improve team damage or his own DoT, but does not replace reliable debuff application and Zone uptime.

Those Many Springs supplies Effect Hit Rate and upgrades its damage-taken debuff against targets affected by his DoT. It adds team amplification; check its application chance rather than treating the effect as automatic.

Allies deal 40% increased damage to targets with Ashen Roast, and Talent applications add another stack.

Adds 300% to the Ashen Roast Fire DoT multiplier. This strengthens personal DoT rather than increasing the base vulnerability.

While the Zone exists, this effect can trigger up to 6 time(s). And for each enemy target, it can only trigger once per turn. This trigger count resets every time Jiaoqiu uses Ultimate.

The Zone lasts for 3 turn(s), and its duration decreases by 1 at the start of this unit's every turn. If Jiaoqiu gets knocked down, the Zone will also be dispelled.
