Start with level and promotion
Level and promotion both affect base stats. Promoting an Agent can change their stats without changing the displayed level, so compare the same promotion state as well as the same level.
Anby’s level-60 base stats are 7,500 HP, 583 ATK and 612 DEF. These are a starting point, not a finished build: equipment, Core enhancements and active effects can add further benefits.

Different stats answer different questions
ATK and damage multipliers help explain damage, while Impact and Daze multipliers concern Stun buildup. CRIT Rate is the chance of an eligible critical hit; CRIT DMG affects its damage. Energy Regen improves recovery rather than reducing an EX’s cost.
Anomaly Mastery and Anomaly Proficiency are distinct stats, not interchangeable substitutes for ATK or CRIT. Check the Anomaly interaction and any special scaling in your Agent’s kit before choosing which benefit to prioritize.
Understand Core stat bonuses
Core enhancement bonuses accumulate as you upgrade. By F, Anby gains a total of 18 Impact and 75 Base ATK from Core enhancements; those totals already include the earlier stages.
For a useful comparison, keep skill levels, Core enhancement, equipment and active effects consistent. This helps distinguish a stronger base stat from a conditional bonus that only applies during part of your rotation.
