Separate buildup from the resulting effect
Attribute damage can build toward an Attribute Anomaly. Building the gauge, triggering the Anomaly and dealing damage through its effect are separate steps. A kit may improve one without changing the others.
Grace gains Zap from certain Physical Basic and Dash hits. At maximum Zap, her Special or EX Special consumes it to increase Electric Anomaly Buildup. The benefit helps trigger an Anomaly; it is not a general damage bonus to every Electric attack.

Disorder depends on the Attribute transition
Disorder normally occurs when a different Attribute Anomaly replaces an existing one. Reapplying the same Attribute is not the same interaction: both the existing effect and the incoming Attribute matter.
Plan which Agent applies each Attribute and which actions build it. A mixed-Attribute squad gives you the ingredients, but you still need enough buildup and the right sequence to trigger Disorder.
Read the current kit before applying a general rule
Check the Core state you are using when planning these interactions. Grace’s Additional Ability improves Shock damage under specific conditions, and her squad requirement can differ between Core states.
Anomaly Mastery, Anomaly Proficiency and kit-specific bonuses serve different purposes. Follow the individual mechanic’s description when choosing stats or planning an Anomaly sequence, especially where an Agent adds special conditions.
