Check the target’s response
Golden groups physical damage under Physical, alongside Fire, Ice, Electricity, Wind, Light, Dark and Almighty. It does not split physical skills into Reload’s Slash, Strike and Pierce categories. Light and Dark skills in this skill set primarily work through instant-kill chances, so do not read their entries as ordinary elemental damage spells.
Work toward a shared opening
A weakness hit or critical hit can knock a standing enemy down. When all enemies are down and the party can participate, an All-Out Attack becomes available. Recovery or a defensive action may still be the better choice if the party is in danger.
Keep party support in mind
Party Social Links can unlock follow-up attacks and other assistance. Those benefits belong to the relevant teammate’s rank progression. Check that character’s Social Link rather than assuming every party member gains the same benefit on the same date.
