Complete the other achievements. Keep a separate save before major story choices and plan New Game Plus for the objectives that require it.

Reach the top of Yukiko’s Castle and defeat its boss before the rescue deadline.

Complete the Steamy Bathhouse rescue before its deadline.

Finish Marukyu Striptease and its sequence of boss fights.

Complete Void Quest and defeat its final boss.

Finish the Secret Laboratory rescue before the deadline.

Follow the investigation into Magatsu Inaba and complete its final confrontation.

Max Marie’s Social Link before the December cutoff, ask Margaret to find her in January, and finish the Hollow Forest.

On the true-ending route, continue investigating on the last day rather than going straight home, then complete the final dungeon.

Perform ordinary or special fusions until the cumulative total reaches fifty. Register useful Personas before using them as ingredients.

Choose a special recipe that needs at least four ingredients. The Fusion Calculator lists the required Personas and unlock conditions.

A fusion can occasionally produce an unexpected result. This achievement requires that accident to occur, rather than a particular recipe.

Open the Persona Compendium in the Velvet Room and summon a registered Persona by paying its fee.

Give Marie a Skill Card in the Velvet Room to register it.

Register one hundred different Skill Cards with Marie. Keep collecting new cards through Shuffle Time and the café.

Change the protagonist’s equipped Persona on five separate turns during the same battle.

Hear different navigation lines from Rise across encounters. Vary the party, enemies and battle situations, because repeating one line does not add another distinct line.

Deal more than 999 damage in one attack. Buffs, defense reduction and the appropriate Charge or Concentrate effect can help.

Knock down every standing enemy and accept the All-Out Attack prompt. Repeat until the cumulative total reaches fifty.

Hit enemy weaknesses one hundred times across battles. Use the analysis screen to avoid repeating ineffective attacks.

Take every card in a Shuffle Time selection to earn a Sweep Bonus. Cards that grant extra picks help clear the selection.

Catch a Golden Hand on a dungeon floor and defeat it before it escapes.

Meet Margaret’s New Game Plus challenge conditions and win her optional battle. Finish her Social Link and the earlier dungeon revisit bosses before pursuing the challenge.

Encounter the Reaper through dungeon chests and defeat it. Prepare recovery and strong defenses before opening the encounter chest.

Order five times from Tanaka’s Amazing Commodities on the television.

Buy the special croquette at Sozai Daigaku when its limited menu is available.

Choose the successful cooking method on five boxed-lunch preparation nights.

Choose a romance branch in an eligible Social Link. Earlier dialogue conditions matter for some characters.

Raise Courage, Knowledge, Diligence, Expression and Understanding to their highest ranks.

Continue the opening story until the protagonist awakens to Izanagi.

Unlock Izanagi-no-Okami in New Game Plus and assemble its full special-fusion recipe.
