Overview

Yao Guang is a powerful Elation support who boosts team damage, generates Punchline, and accelerates Aha rotations. She is strongest in dedicated Elation teams.

Role

High-speed Elation buffer and enabler.

Playstyle

Maintain her Skill Zone, then mostly use Basic ATKs to stay SP-efficient. Build Energy and use her Ultimate during your team's main burst window.

Why It Works

Yao Guang turns SPD into additional Elation and shares part of that value with the team. Her kit also improves both the frequency and damage of Elation activations.

E0 supplies Elation sharing and the extra Aha turn. E1 strengthens that turn and adds team Elation DEF ignore; E2 adds SPD and Elation while the Zone is active, so it also changes team timing.

When She Decided to See adds SPD, team CRIT buffs and Energy Regeneration while Great Fortune lasts. It also grants fixed Energy at wave starts, helping her expensive Ultimate cycle.

Raises the fixed Punchline counted by the Ultimate-triggered Aha turn to 40 and lets allied Elation damage ignore 20% DEF.
