Complete the Strength Assignments

All ten Royal Persona-and-skill targets, with a repeatable method for preparing each hand-in.

Spoiler notice. System spoilers: the full Strength request list and its progression rewards. No story outcome is described.

Objective and preparation

Strength progresses by showing Caroline and Justine a specific Persona carrying a specific skill. It becomes available from May 18. These hand-ins do not work like affinity-based Confidant hangouts, so raising dialogue affinity is not the solution to a blocked assignment.

Use the Royal list below. Several targets differ from the original Persona 5. Before fusing, match the calculator’s DLC settings to your installation, check your funds and register useful skill-bearing ingredients in the Compendium.

The ten Royal hand-ins

Each row is the exact target for that rank. Keep the requested skill on the finished Persona until the twins accept it. A related higher-tier skill is not a replacement.

10Seth with High Counter

Prepare a skill carrier

Jack Frost learns Mabufu at level 12, making the first hand-in a direct learning check. For later assignments, find a carrier of the required skill and work backward from the target in the calculator. The following are verified learning sources, not a promise that every carrier fuses directly into its target.

Complete and verify each hand-in

Open Reverse Fusion for the requested target. For a fixed-recipe Persona such as Flauros, Neko Shogun, Bugs or Seth, use Special Fusions and inspect its actual ingredients. Carry the skill through any intermediate step; select it again whenever the inheritance screen requires a choice.

A Skill Card you already own can be an alternative when usable on the target. Above-level fusion requires the relevant unlocked ability and money. Do not assume the existence of a recipe means an early-game save can execute it.

After fusion, inspect the result’s current skills and show it to the twins. Register a useful completed build before moving to the next assignment. If an alarm accident changes the result, stop and check both the name and skill instead of continuing the chain blindly.
