Choose the gate you need to clear
Knowledge, Guts, Proficiency, Kindness and Charm are daily-life stats. They are separate from a Persona’s combat stats. Each has named ranks, and some Confidant events require a particular rank before you can proceed.
Look up the next requirement for a relationship you want to pursue, then choose activities that raise that stat. Spreading every free slot evenly across all five stats is not a requirement. The useful priority changes as your save unlocks new people and activities.
Match the activity to the stat
The examples below are practical options, not a complete activity schedule. Check the current venue, book or job description before committing time, because availability and bonus conditions vary.

Use the opportunities already in your day
Classroom questions and plant care can contribute without replacing a normal free-time activity. Keep a suitable unread book available for reading opportunities. These small gains are useful precisely because they do not all compete for the same afternoon.
The Social Stats reference contains recorded thresholds; School Answers provides the actual answer sequence. For billiards progression, check the required Proficiency rank before spending another visit expecting a Technical upgrade.
