Overview

Topaz marks a priority enemy for increased follow-up damage while Numby attacks that target.

Role

Single-target follow-up damage dealer and amplifier.

Playstyle

Keep Proof of Debt on the right enemy and use allied follow-ups to bring Numby forward.

Why It Works

Follow-ups hitting Proof of Debt advance Numby. With Overdraft unlocked, Topaz's Basic also counts as a follow-up.

Watch For

Only one enemy holds Proof of Debt. Numby's own turn cannot trigger its Talent Action Advance, so there is no self-sustaining loop.

Playstyle

Combat Flow

Check Proof of Debt before spending a Skill Point: use Skill to move the mark when necessary, or Basic the marked target to supply Skill Points. Use Ultimate before allies attack that target to advance enhanced Numby attacks.

Key Notes

Skill damage counts as a follow-up, and Overdraft gives the same classification to Basic ATK.
During Windfall Bonanza, allied Basics, Skills and Ultimates hitting Proof of Debt can also advance Numby.
Windfall Bonanza ends after two Numby attacks before E6.
Do not expect the mark to stay on the preferred enemy after its previous target dies; automatic reapplication chooses randomly.
Changing targets repeatedly can waste Swordplay stacks and leave allied follow-ups hitting an unmarked enemy.

Reach the team's planned action timing, then balance CRIT and ATK. Include her traces, Ultimate state and conditional cone bonuses before choosing a CRIT body.

Eidolon Investment

E0 contains Proof of Debt and Numby's core Action Advance interaction. Add investment only after the team's follow-ups and target focus make good use of them.

Worrisome, Blissful supports personal follow-up damage and applies Tame for the team. Cruising and Swordplay retain her native mark and Numby loop with their own conditions.

Follow-ups against Proof of Debt add Debtor, increasing follow-up CRIT DMG by 25% per stack, up to two. Removing Proof of Debt also removes Debtor.

Each Numby action that launches an attack restores five Energy to Topaz.

Adds one attack to Windfall Bonanza and gives Numby's attacks 10% Fire RES PEN.

Feixiao

Feixiao's follow-ups can advance Numby, while Topaz's attacks help build Flying Aureus. Keep their attacks focused on Proof of Debt.

Dr. Ratio

Ratio's follow-ups advance Numby and benefit from Proof of Debt. Check three active debuffs for his Skill follow-up; E0 Topaz alone does not supply that total.

Robin

Robin buffs both attackers and deals additional damage during Concerto after allied attacks. Keep enough Skill Points for the carry and sustain while Robin cannot take normal turns.

Inflicts one designated enemy target with a "Proof of Debt" state, increasing the Follow-Up ATK DMG it receives by 50%. "Proof of Debt" only takes effect on the most recent target it is applied to. If there are no enemies inflicted with "Proof of Debt" on the field when an ally's turn starts or when an ally takes action, Topaz will inflict a random enemy with "Proof of Debt."

Numby deals Fire DMG equal to 150% of Topaz's ATK to this target. Using this Skill to deal DMG is considered as launching a Follow-Up ATK.

Summons Numby at the start of battle. Numby has 80 SPD by default. When taking action, Numby launches Follow-Up ATKs on one enemy target afflicted with "Proof of Debt," dealing Fire DMG equal to 150% of Topaz's ATK.

When enemies afflicted with "Proof of Debt" receive an ally's Follow-Up ATKs, Numby's action is Advanced Forward by 50%. The action Advance Forward effect cannot be triggered during Numby's own turn.

When Topaz is downed, Numby disappears.

Summons Numby when Topaz enters the overworld. Numby will automatically search for Basic Treasures and Trotters within a set radius.

Using her Technique will regenerate 60 Energy for Topaz after Numby's first attack in the next battle.

If Topaz is still in the team after using her Technique and defeating overworld enemies, a small bonus amount of credits will be added to the earned credits. A maximum of 10000 bonus credits can be received per calendar day.

After using her Technique and defeating enemies in Simulated Universe or Divergent Universe, additionally receive a small amount of Cosmic Fragments with a small chance to obtain 1 random Curio.
