Overview

Jingliu is a powerful HP-scaling Ice Destruction DPS whose updated kit greatly improves her Spectral Transmigration uptime. She is SP-efficient, naturally overloaded with CRIT stats, and works especially well with teams that frequently lose HP.

Playstyle

Build 2 Syzygy to transform, then stay in Spectral Transmigration as long as possible. Use Enhanced Skills freely and weave in Ultimate to gain extra Syzygy and extend the transformation.

Why It Works

During Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu gains 50% CRIT Rate and up to 5 Moonlight stacks, each providing 44% CRIT DMG. Her attacks also drain ally HP, naturally helping generate Moonlight and additional Syzygy.

Watch For

Count Jingliu's built-in CRIT Rate and Moonlight CRIT DMG before adding more CRIT stats. Keep teammates healthy enough to lose HP repeatedly and help generate additional Syzygy.

Playstyle

Combat Flow

Technique → Skill → reach two Syzygy and enter Spectral Transmigration → Enhanced Skill → use Ultimate for Syzygy → maintain healing as ally HP loss builds Moonlight and the 20-instance Syzygy trigger → repeat.

Key Notes

Aim for roughly 6000–7400+ HP, 50% CRIT Rate before her Talent, 110–150%+ CRIT DMG before Moonlight, and around 135 SPD / 1 SPD faster than your action booster.
Ultimate grants one Syzygy after its attack. Every 20 qualifying instances of allies taking damage or consuming HP also grants one Syzygy; each target counts once per received attack.
Entering the state grants 100% Action Advance + 50% CRIT Rate.

Tune SPD to the chosen support and reach 100% CRIT Rate during Spectral Transmigration, counting its 50% bonus and team buffs. Then favor HP over further CRIT DMG: the enhanced kit scales with HP and already gains substantial Moonlight CRIT DMG.

Eidolon Investment

E0 supplies the enhanced HP-scaling loop and Syzygy recovery. E1 adds HP-scaling damage and E2 strengthens the next Enhanced Skill after Ultimate; neither is required to use the revised kit. Resolve HP gearing and team healing first.

I Shall Be My Own Sword still supplies damage and DEF Ignore when ally HP loss builds Eclipse. Its CRIT DMG is less scarce in the enhanced kit; an already-owned copy remains useful without making it a mandatory new purchase.

Ultimate or Enhanced Skill grants 36% CRIT DMG for one turn and deals an extra hit equal to 80% Max HP to the primary target.

After Ultimate, the next Enhanced Skill deals 80% increased damage.

Then, Jingliu's Skill "Transcendent Flash" is enhanced to "Moon On Glacial River," and only this enhanced Skill is available for use in battle. When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from her teammates equal to 5% of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce teammates' HP to lower than 1). During the "Spectral Transmigration" state, when ally targets receive DMG or consume HP, Jingliu gains 1 stack of "Moonlight." Each "Moonlight" stack increases Jingliu's CRIT DMG by 44%, stacking up to 5 time(s). Jingliu cannot enter the "Spectral Transmigration" state again until the current "Spectral Transmigration" state ends. "Syzygy" can stack up to 4 times. When "Syzygy" stacks become 0, Jingliu will exit the "Spectral Transmigration" state and remove all "Moonlight."
