Overview

Imaginary Destruction carry who spends up to three Skill Points to transform Basic ATK into a powerful multi-target sequence.

Role

Skill Point-intensive hypercarry.

Playstyle

Bank Skill Points, fully enhance Basic ATK during buff windows, and use Ultimate to bridge the economy into the next burst turn.

Why It Works

Each enhancement tier increases cost and damage; Ultimate generates Squama Sacrosancta to substitute for Skill Points.

Watch For

Unplanned ally Skills or action advance can leave him without enough points for the three-stage Basic that defines his damage.

Playstyle

Combat Flow

Reserve Skill Points before his turn, enhance Basic to the planned level, then attack. Use Ultimate to gain Squama Sacrosancta for a later enhanced Basic. With E2, plan the immediate extra turn before casting Ultimate so the next attack has buffs and resources.

Key Notes

  • Selecting Dracore Libre's enhancements is not considered using a Skill; the resulting damage is Basic ATK damage.

  • Squama Sacrosancta substitutes for his Skill Point consumption, and consuming it counts as consuming Skill Points.

  • Righteous Heart and base Outroar end with his turn, so within-turn hit order matters.

  • Do not equip a Skill-focused four-piece set expecting it to amplify enhanced Basics.

  • Extra Action Advance without enough Skill Points can force a weaker attack.

Build & Investment

Light Cones

Primary

Brighter Than the Sun

Basic ATKs build up to two Dragon's Call stacks for ATK and Energy Regeneration Rate, alongside CRIT Rate.

Alternative

On the Fall of an Aeon

Attacks build ATK stacks. The extra damage buff requires him to inflict Weakness Break; do not assume full uptime against every wave.

Alternative

Something Irreplaceable

An owned alternative with ATK and a conditional heal/damage effect after being hit or landing a kill. The trigger is once per turn.

Relics

Primary

The Edacious Heretic

Directly increases Basic ATK damage and grants ATK after a Basic, matching enhanced Basics.

Alternative

Musketeer of Wild Wheat

ATK, SPD and Basic damage remain useful. Recheck speed tuning if changing to or from its four-piece bonus.

Planars

Primary

Rutilant Arena

Reach 70% in-combat CRIT Rate to increase Basic and Skill damage; his enhanced Basics use the Basic bonus.

Alternative

Tengoku@Livestream

Adds CRIT DMG, with an extra three-turn bonus when at least three Skill Points are consumed in one turn. Squama counts toward native Skill Point consumption.

Main Stats

Body

  • CRIT DMG
  • AlternativeCRIT Rate

When active CRIT Rate meets the build's needs.

To balance CRIT and meet Rutilant's condition.

Feet

  • ATK%
  • AlternativeSPD

With external Action Advance and sufficient Skill Points.

For a deliberately faster natural-turn setup.

Sphere

  • Imaginary DMG Boost
  • AlternativeATK%

For enhanced Basics and Ultimate.

Alternative based on support buffs and substats.

Rope

  • ATK%

Scales his multi-hit damage.

Recommended Substats

  1. CRIT Rate
  2. CRIT DMG
  3. ATK%
  4. SPD

Balance CRIT and ATK for the selected action-support plan. Add SPD only when the team's turn order and Skill Point recovery can sustain the added turns.

Eidolon Investment

E0 has all three Basic enhancement levels and Ultimate resource recovery. E2 changes his turn sequence; evaluate that playstyle after establishing a stable Skill Point budget.

Brighter Than the Sun supplies CRIT Rate and Basic-triggered ATK/Energy stacks. Its Energy benefit depends on the rotation; no unconditional three-turn Ultimate is assumed.

E1

Raises Righteous Heart's stack limit by four and grants one extra stack per hit, accelerating its damage ramp.

E2

Ultimate advances his action by 100% and grants one extra Squama Sacrosancta. This changes the rotation and requires planning the immediate attack.

E4

Extends Outroar until the end of his next turn rather than only the current turn.

E6

Each other ally's Ultimate grants 20% Imaginary RES PEN to his next Fulgurant Leap, stacking up to three times.

Teams

Sparkle

Sparkle restores Skill Points and increases their cap, while advancing and buffing him. Plan the carry's turns around available points rather than spending every teammate's Skill freely.

Tingyun

Tingyun's Energy helps him recover Ultimate and Squama, while Benediction supports his ATK scaling. Extra carry turns consume Benediction duration faster.

Sunday

Sunday adds Action Advance and Energy. His Skill refunds a point on The Beatified, but the carry's extra enhanced Basics still require a checked team budget.
