Overview
Xingqiu combines off-field Hydro sword rain with damage reduction and interruption resistance. A Normal-Attack driver keeps it flowing, while particle management sustains his Burst beyond the opening rotation.
Role
Off-field Hydro sword rain / defensive utility
Playstyle
Use the Skill and Burst in a short setup, then switch to a driver who regularly uses Normal Attacks.
Why It Works
Raincutter sword rain is triggered by active-character Normal Attacks.
Watch For
Rain Swords are defensive utility, not a full healer replacement in every fight.
Playstyle
Combat Flow
Skill → Burst → catch particles → Normal Attack driver. At C4, Burst before Skill adds damage if energy and uptime permit.
Key Notes
The active character must perform Normal Attacks to trigger sword rain.
C4 rewards casting Skill after Burst, but still catch his particles.
Rain Swords reduce damage and interruption; their healing is supplemental.
C6 energy restoration depends on enhanced waves hitting.
