Overview
Mona’s Burst creates a concentrated Omen damage window. With Witch’s Homework and another Hexerei character, Normal or Charged hits can extend Omen and prepare a teammate’s Vaporize bonus. Her upgraded Constellations add further support, but these effects must not be assumed before their unlocks.

Set up the target, apply the Burst, then deliver the intended damage while Omen is active.
Why It Works
Damage to the bubbled opponent removes the bubble and produces the Burst damage event.
Watch For
This guide does not prescribe a timed Vaporize nuke sequence or claim that every Freeze setup extends Omen identically.
Playstyle
Combat Flow
Skill → Burst → one to four Normal hits if Hexerei extension is active → supported damage window. Without the Hexerei condition, use Skill/Burst and switch.
Key Notes
With Witch’s Homework and another Hexerei teammate, Normal/Charged hits extend Omen; the base kit cannot do this.
Four Normal hits can extend Omen by up to eight seconds; use fewer if the rotation needs a shorter setup.
Burst talent level 7 reaches the duration cap; level 10 reaches the damage-bonus cap.
ER comes before damage stats for repeatable support.

Illusory Bubble
Traps opponents inside a pocket of destiny and also makes them Wet. Renders weaker opponents immobile.
When an opponent affected by Illusory Bubble sustains DMG, it has the following effects:
·Applies an Omen to the opponent, which gives a DMG Bonus, also increasing the DMG of the attack that causes it.

Complete Witch’s Homework: Of Untested Insight. Secret Rite requires at least two Hexerei characters in the party. Normal/Charged hits grant Astral Glow of Mercury for 8s, up to three stacks, once every 0.1s. Another party member’s Vaporize consumes all stacks for a damage bonus. The current sources disagree on that bonus per stack. Normal/Charged hits extend Omen by 2s, once every 0.5s, up to 8s.

When any of your own party members hits an opponent affected by an Omen, the effects of Hydro-related Elemental Reactions are enhanced for 8s:
· Electro-Charged DMG increases by 15%, Lunar-Charged DMG increases by 15%, Vaporize DMG increases by 15%, Hydro Swirl DMG increases by 15%, Lunar-Crystallize DMG increases by 15%.
· Frozen duration is extended by 15%.

The reaction bonuses also cover Lunar-Charged and Lunar-Crystallize. When an off-field party member triggers the effect, the reaction damage bonuses are 160% of their original value.

When a Normal Attack hits, there is a 20% chance that it will be automatically followed by a Charged Attack.
This effect can only occur once every 5s.
After Witch’s Homework
The existing chance remains. The first Normal hit within 5s after Burst guarantees the extra Charged Attack, sharing the existing 5s cooldown. Charged hits grant the party 80 EM for 12s.

Upon entering Illusory Torrent, Mona gains a 60% increase to the DMG of her next Charged Attack per second of movement.
A maximum DMG Bonus of 180% can be achieved in this manner. The effect lasts for no more than 8s.
After Witch’s Homework
Either nearby Omen-affected enemies or Illusory Torrent builds the existing Charged bonus. Charged hits against Omen-affected enemies also deal 200% of original damage.
