Overview
Qiqi combines ATK-scaling healing with quest-unlocked Stellar support. Witch’s Revelation shortens Herald of Frost’s cooldown and adds conditional reaction bonuses, while her talismans heal characters who damage marked targets. Her C6 adds a separate, limited-stack Stellar damage contribution for another active character.
