Overview
Mizuki glides through enemies in Dreamdrifter while applying Anemo and sharing EM. Witch’s Revelation adds direct Stellar Swirl damage that benefits from CRIT. Pair her with a reaction enabler and continuing off-field Cryo; her drift cannot drive effects requiring ordinary Normal Attack inputs.

Why It Works
Dreamdrifter reaction support scales with EM, and snacks heal from EM when the collector meets the HP condition.

Key Notes
Mizuki cannot enable Stellar Swirl by herself; add Odette or Cryo Traveler.
Her Skill state cannot perform ordinary input-based Normal Attacks.
Off-field Cryo must continue while she drifts.
Use Burst for healing when needed rather than forcing every-rotation uptime.

Anraku Secret Spring Therapy
Summons forth countless lovely dreams and nightmares that pull in nearby objects and opponents, dealing AoE Anemo DMG and summoning a Mini Baku.
Mini Baku:
Follows the current active character. At regular intervals, the Mini Baku will create 1 Yumemi Style Special Snack nearby. After one of your own party members picks up a Special Snack, if their HP is higher than 70%, the Snack will explode and unleash a Munen Shockwave, dealing 1 instance of AoE Anemo DMG to nearby opponents. Otherwise, it will heal the character who picked it up based on Yumemizuki Mizuki's Elemental Mastery. When Yumemizuki Mizuki triggers healing by picking up a Yumemi Style Special Snack, the amount of healing is increased by 100%. If a Snack is not picked up after a period of time, it will explode and release a Munen Shockwave, dealing 1 instance of AoE Anemo DMG to surrounding opponents.

The trigger chance for this effect increases with the corresponding character's Friendship Level. (This effect will always trigger if the Traveler is the character consuming healing food.)

Unlocked through Witch’s Revelation at character Lv. 70. During Dreamdrifter, triggering Swirl or Stellar Swirl adds 1,000% EM to the next periodic Anemo hit, once every 2.5s. In Radiance, that hit also deals 1,000% EM as direct Stellar Swirl. Dreamdrifter shares 10% of Mizuki’s EM with nearby party members. A nearby party member’s Stellar Swirl activates Radiance for 8s.

Before Witch’s Revelation
When Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, she will continuously apply the "Twenty-Three Nights' Awaiting" effect to nearby opponents for 3s every 3.5s. When an opponent has a Swirl or Stellar Swirl reaction triggered against them by Anemo DMG while the aforementioned effect is active, the effect will be canceled, and this Swirl or Stellar Swirl instance deals DMG against this opponent increased by 1,100% and 550% of Mizuki's Elemental Mastery, respectively.
After Witch’s Revelation
The existing mark timing remains. Its Swirl/Stellar Swirl addition is 1,100%/550% EM, plus an Anemo hit of 1,000% EM. In Radiance, that extra hit becomes 400% EM as direct Stellar Swirl.

After Witch’s Revelation
The elemental bonuses remain. During Dreamdrifter, nearby opponents also lose 20% Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, Electro and Anemo RES.

After Witch’s Revelation
Snacks now both damage and heal. They also heal a nearby lower-HP party member for 266% EM. The existing 5-Energy refund, up to four times per Burst, remains.

While Yumemizuki Mizuki is in the Dreamdrifter state, Swirl reaction DMG dealt by nearby party members can score CRIT Hits, with CRIT Rate fixed at 30%, and CRIT DMG fixed at 100%. Any Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt by these characters will also have its CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG increased by 10% and 20%, respectively.
After Witch’s Revelation
The fixed Swirl CRIT effect remains. Nearby party members’ Stellar Swirl gains 10% CRIT Rate and 20% CRIT DMG. Each EM above 500 gives Mizuki 0.04% CRIT Rate and 0.16% CRIT DMG, capped at 20%/80%.
