Overview

Cyno times empowered Skills to Endseer cues during his Electro stance. Witch’s Revelation adds a short Skill-led stance and a Stellar-Conduct branch built around enhanced Duststalker Bolts. Prepare a reaction enabler and lasting support before committing to his longer Burst window.

Role

On-field Stellar-Conduct attacker, with a separate Quickbloom build.

Playstyle

Establish the reaction field, enter his stance and time Skills to the Endseer cues.

Why It Works

Revelation lets Skill start a six-second stance. In a Polestar Field, enhanced bolts contribute direct Stellar-Conduct damage.

Watch For

Complete his Revelation first. Quickbloom’s Electro goblet and Thundering Fury setup are not the Stellar build.

Playstyle

Combat Flow

Stellar enabler and supports → Skill into stance → Burst for an extended window → attacks and Endseer-timed Skills. For Quickbloom, prepare Dendro and Hydro instead. Switching ends the stance.

Key Notes

  • Unlock Witch’s Revelation at Lv. 70. Use Sandrone, Odette or Cryo Traveler to enable Stellar-Conduct.

  • Revelation’s Skill-only stance lasts six seconds. Skill extensions apply to the Burst-started stance.

  • Time Endseer Skills carefully: enhanced Duststalker Bolts carry much of the Stellar build’s damage.

  • Stellar damage does not use Electro or Skill DMG Bonus. Build ATK and CRIT, with EM main stats preferred when using Staff of the Scarlet Sands.

C1

Keeps the attack-speed benefit. In Radiance, Together We Rise adds 200 EM and transfers its remaining duration when Cyno switches out.

C2

In addition to conventional Electro buffs, Together We Rise gains stacking Stellar-Conduct bonuses from Normal or Charged hits.
