Nikke’s fourth anniversary brings a Marian rug-making challenge to Wasyagana TV

A Goddess of Victory: Nikke anniversary project has given Wasyagana TV’s hosts a challenge outside the game: making a rug featuring Marian. Voice actor Yuichi Nakamura and freelance writer Mafia Kajita take on the craft in the Japanese web show’s video released October 29.
They use a tufting gun, which pushes yarn into a backing fabric to build up a rug’s design. Both struggle with the tool; the available coverage leaves the finished rug’s fate as a question for viewers rather than confirming that they complete it. A separate bonus video, numbered 688, shows the pair practicing with the gun and getting into tufting.
The project coincides with Nikke’s fourth-anniversary update, MARIA-n, which also puts Marian in the spotlight. Rolled out on October 29 for the game on iOS, Android and PC, the update brings a story event exploring her past, three new SSR characters and up to 259 free recruitment attempts. The rug-making video is a separate anniversary-themed feature, not an in-game activity.
