Metaphor: ReFantazio Is Getting a Permanent Price Cut Across Southeast Asia
Sega is lowering the digital price of Metaphor: ReFantazio in six Southeast Asian markets on November 12, 2026. In the Philippines, the Standard Edition will fall from PHP 2,895 to PHP 1,068, while players in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam will also see lower prices. Unlike a limited-time sale, the change is intended to be permanent. It arrives alongside a Nintendo Switch 2 release and a Digital Anniversary Edition, giving players another way to pick up Atlus’s fantasy RPG. Digital buyers who want the announced preorder bonuses have until November 11 at 10:59 p.m. UTC+8 to order.
Sega and Atlus are cutting the digital price of Metaphor: ReFantazio across Southeast Asia starting November 12, 2026. The reduction is permanent rather than a short-lived sale, though the amount players save depends on where they buy the game.
The new Standard Edition prices
The announced Standard Edition prices cover six markets. These are local prices, not currency conversions, and the changes vary by country.
| Market | Current price | Price from November 12 |
|---|---|---|
| Malaysia | MYR 249.00 | MYR 86.00 |
| Singapore | SGD 69.90 | SGD 39.90 |
| Indonesia | IDR 799,000 | IDR 299,000 |
| Thailand | THB 1,890 | THB 668 |
| Philippines | PHP 2,895.00 | PHP 1,068.00 |
| Vietnam | VND 1,264,000 | VND 470,000 |
For players in the Philippines, that is a PHP 1,827 drop. The lower prices make the 2024 fantasy RPG a less expensive purchase for players who missed it at launch, without requiring them to catch a timed promotion.
Switch 2 launch and preorder bonuses
November 12 also brings Metaphor: ReFantazio to Nintendo Switch 2. An Atlus 35th Digital Anniversary Edition is planned as well, bundling the game with a digital art book, soundtrack applications, and additional DLC. The listed regional prices above are for the Standard Edition, not the anniversary bundle.
Early-purchase bonuses include the Archetype EXP Chest Set and Adventurer’s Journey Pack, which provide in-game resources, consumables, and Archetype experience-boosting items. Digital buyers must preorder before 10:59 p.m. on November 11, 2026, in the UTC+8 time zone to qualify. That deadline applies to the bonus content, not the permanent price reduction.
